Saturday’s competition was a Pro’s 4 Person Team and leading the way with his new PING i530 irons which hit the ground running was Ian Charnock. Ian paired up with Harry Rushworth who took his experience watching Charley Hull in Saudi Arabia last week, as help to improve his game, along with new members Paul Dalton and Chris Houfe made them up into a winning team with 83 points. In second place and losing out to the winners on a card play-off were the team of Tony McNamara, Dave Arnold, Pete Beswick and Neil Mooney. The team were delighted to pick up a prize and a newly made-up team proved a great combination! In third place with 82 points just a point behind…were a team of LegEnds which included to making a positive start to his Captaincy, Stuart Hanson, Ian Mills, Gary Banks and Mark Dunning, well played.
