Sunday it was the solid pairing of Fiona Hesten and Paula Glynn who took the top of the podium! They were the perfect combo, Paula with a high handicap and Fiona with a low handicap. The pair dovetailed superbly and certainly Paula who has only been a member 18 months has proved that her extensive practice combined with determination has led to her becoming a key feature on the leaderboard. Paula now is up there for a handicap review, but she is delighted to be coming down as her goal is to get to the lowest handicap she can play too. Meanwhile her partner Fiona is delighted with her solid form and her overall performance on the course has been rewarded with the victory! Well played Ladies. In second place 3 points adrift were the strong pairing of Mark Hamer and Mike Jessiman with a superb score of 42 points whilst back in third were the pairing of Mike Ralph and Ken Mills with a good score of 41 points.
